Welcome to InSelf.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InSelf.ai platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Munger Intelligence Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service

InSelf.ai is an AI employee platform that provides autonomous digital workers designed to help businesses scale their operations. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Autonomous task execution and workflow automation
• AI-powered lead generation and prospecting
• Market research and competitive analysis
• Content creation and marketing automation
• Growth planning and strategic recommendations
• Dashboard analytics and reporting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

Founding Member Pricing

Early subscribers may be eligible for special founding member pricing. Founding member rates are locked in for the duration of your continuous, active subscription. If you cancel and later resubscribe, founding member pricing may no longer be available.

Billing

All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a pricing change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with the Service, please contact us at hello@inself.ai within 14 days of your initial purchase, and we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a refund at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or engage in any form of unauthorized mass communication
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials (collectively, "Platform IP"), is owned by Munger Intelligence Inc and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform IP without our prior written consent.

Your Content. You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials that you upload, submit, or create through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate content, analyses, recommendations, and other outputs ("AI Output"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Output is generated by machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI Output before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI Output
• AI Output should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice
• You assume all risk associated with your use of AI Output

We strongly recommend that you apply human judgment and oversight to all AI-generated content before incorporating it into any business decisions, communications, or published materials.

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND COURSE OF DEALING.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT, WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Munger Intelligence Inc and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Your Content or your use of AI Output

13. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@inself.ai.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may, at our discretion, provide you with a reasonable opportunity to retrieve Your Content before deletion.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Colorado.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in the State of Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you an email notification or displaying a prominent notice within the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
