Return and Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made on inself.ai from Munger Intelligence Inc ("Inself," "we," "us," or "our"). It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. What You Buy

Inself sells the Inself Founding Membership: subscription software in which AI builds and runs a service business for you, including its website, customer outreach, AI sales calls and client work. The membership costs $250 USD every 3 months or $99 USD per month. It is delivered online. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return.

2. When We Refund

Membership payments are non-refundable, except in the cases below. We refund the full amount of a charge when:

• You were charged twice for the same billing period
• You were charged after you cancelled
• You were charged a different amount from the one shown at checkout
• You did not authorize the charge

3. How to Get a Refund

• Email hello@inself.ai within 60 days of the charge, from the email address you used at checkout. Include the date and amount of the charge.
• We reply within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your account or by emailing hello@inself.ai. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

5. Our 90-Day Guarantee

Quarterly and annual memberships include our 90-day guarantee. If your business has no paying customer in its first 90 days, our team personally steps in to rebuild and relaunch it, and your subscription is not charged again until your business has a client who pays it at least $1,500 USD. 6. Payment Partners

If your receipt names a payment partner as the seller of record, that partner's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
