Where it breaks

You become a manager of bots. You pick which agent, configure it, give it credentials, wire its output into the next one, and supervise the whole chain. When one fails you open it up and debug it.

You did not want a team. You wanted the result.

And single-purpose agents do not compose. Each one knows its own job and nothing about yours. The research agent does not know why it is researching, so the email agent gets a list nobody judged. Context gets dropped at every handoff, and no one is accountable for whether the goal was met — because no one is holding the goal.

What Inself does instead
