What we are building

Inself takes a business goal and gets you the result. You type what you want. It works out the steps, does the work with real tools, checks its own work, fixes what it got wrong, and keeps going — for days, months or years, even if you never chat with it.

That is a different thing from a chatbot and a different thing from an automation tool. Nobody has built it properly yet. That is the job.

Why it matters

Most people build small. Not because they wanted small lives, but because the bills had to get paid and the dream did not pay them. Every hour spent on the small work is an hour that never reached the thing they actually care about.

Take the hours back and the ceiling moves. We are not making anyone 10% faster. We are removing the limit.

How we work

Small, senior and fast. We ship to real users every week. We read every support message. We delete more than we ship, because the second-best feature is usually the one that should not exist.

We care about craft at a level most companies would call excessive. A wrong number on a page, a link that goes nowhere, a loading state that lies — people feel all of it, even when they cannot name it. Trust is built in those details and lost there too.

There is very little process. You will own things end to end, decide most of it yourself, and be expected to say so when something is wrong.

Who does well here

People who finish things. Who can hold a high standard without being asked twice. Who would rather ship a small true thing than a large impressive one.

You do not need to have worked on AI. You need to be able to think from first principles, question a requirement and name who wrote it, and care more about the result than about the method that got you there.
